AgriNIR™ is a high-performance portable NIR analyzer mounted on a wheeled trolley that rolls easily between field, barn, and storage areas. The system analyzes forages, grains, and slurry in 60 seconds, measuring moisture (dry matter), crude protein, starch, ADF, NDF, ash, pH, and nutrients including N, P, K.
The trolley design combines laboratory-grade accuracy with true portability. Roll it into standing crops to test before harvest. Wheel it to silage piles to monitor feedout quality. Bring it to the TMR mixer to verify ration ingredients. The built-in 7-inch touchscreen displays results immediately, while cloud connectivity through WiFi or 4G uploads data to NIR Trace software for tracking quality changes over time.
Reports are generated through the app-based interface and shared instantly via email or WhatsApp, making AgriNIR™ ideal for nutritionists consulting multiple farms or contractors providing quality analysis services. DLG certification for pig slurry, cow slurry, mixed slurry, and digestate ensures accurate nutrient measurement for optimized land application and biogas production monitoring.
